Minos

Corbin "Deadeye" Flanagan, called Deadeye the Second, runs the port of Manzanil. Once a fierce pirate, he has taken over the duties of his father, Commodore Doyle "Deadeye" Flanagan, when he was killed at sea. Dinah is his only (recognized) sister while Quinn is among his numerous brothers.

Manzanil, being home to many of Minos's more ruthless pirates, is a place he rules with an iron fist, something his father did as well, before him. With his brothers at his back, along with many of the older pirates that served under Deadeye the First, his rule has gone unquestioned, thus far.
