Quinn is the slightly older brother of Dinah, and has a reputation for a mingling of wisdom and impishness. A merchant ship Captain, with the occasional unproven rumor of smuggling darkens his reputation. But then, aren't all Minosians either accused of smuggling or pirating? The latter doesn't seem to have been laid to his charge yet.
His ship is the Silver Kraken.
